Whisperteck has a limited Lifetime warranty on all suppressors. All accessories are covered by a standard 30 day return policy. Details of return and cancellation policies for NFA and non-NFA items can be found below. Please read each policy carefully before purchasing.

No returns will be accepted without contacting support@whisperteck.com first and getting an approved RMA from our Customer Service team.

RETURN POLICY FOR NON-NFA ITEMS

This policy exclusively pertains to non-NFA purchases conducted via the Whisperteck webstore. The following terms and conditions apply:

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

1) Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the request must be made within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.

2) Product Condition: The product must be returned in an unused, undamaged, and unaltered condition, with all original packaging and accompanying materials intact.

3) Inventory Limitation: Exchanges are subject to the availability of products in our current inventory. Whisperteck reserves the right to limit exchanges based on stock availability.

4) Shipping Costs: Customers are solely responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges.

5) Contact Information: Before sending products in for a return, Customers must contact support@whisperteck.com.

6) Return Authorization: Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Whisperteck before returning any products for a refund or exchange. This RMA number is essential for processing returns and ensuring a smooth transaction.

PURCHASES FROM DEALERS OR DISTRIBUTORS

For products purchased from authorized dealers or distributors, Whisperteck explicitly disclaims liability and will not accept returns. Customers are obligated to adhere to the return policies established by the dealer or distributor from whom the product was originally purchased. All Whisperteck products acquired through such channels are subject to the respective return policies of the dealers or distributors involved.

By making a purchase through the Whisperteck website, customers acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this policy, which are designed to protect the interests of Whisperteck while ensuring transparency and fairness in the return and exchange process.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR NON-NFA ITEMS

This policy exclusively pertains to non-NFA purchases conducted via the Whisperteck website. The following terms and conditions apply:

1) Cancellation Window: Customers may cancel an order for a full refund if the cancellation request is submitted prior to shipment.

2) Refund Processing Time: Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within 30 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

3) Cancellation Request Submission: To request a cancellation, please send an email to support@whisperteck.com with the order number and CANCEL ORDER as the subject line, or contact our customer support team at [ENTER PHONE NUMBER].

4) Confirmation: Upon successfully cancelling an order, you will receive confirmation via email or other appropriate means.

5) Exceptions: Please be aware that certain orders, such as custom or personalized items, may not be eligible for cancellation. In such cases, cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR NFA ITEMS

This policy is exclusively applicable to National Firearms Act (NFA) purchases made through the Whisperteck website. The following terms and conditions apply:

CANCELLATION OF NFA ORDERS

1) Cancellation Deadline: NFA orders may be cancelled at any time until the submission of any requisite paperwork to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (B.A.T.F.E.), including but not limited to the Form 3 necessary for the transfer of the suppressor to the designated dealer.

2) Cancellation Fee: In the event of order cancellation, a 25% processing and restocking fee shall apply. This fee will be issued as a non-cash credit, such as a gift card, coupon, or account credit, and is non-exchangeable for cash. The credit shall expire one calendar year from the date of issuance.

3) Orders After ATF Submission: Once an application has been submitted to the ATF, no cancellations will be entertained, and all purchases of NFA items shall be considered final. 

ATF DENIALS OR RETURN WITHOUT ACTION (RWA) - [MODIFY THIS SECTION?]

In the unfortunate event of an ATF denial or a return without action (RWA) related to your NFA application, Whisperteck will adhere to the following guidelines:

1) Refund Offer: In cases where an application is denied due to the prospective owner’s ineligibility to possess a suppressor, Whisperteck will extend a full refund, with the exception of a 25% processing and restocking fee. [NEED TO MODIFY THIS?]

2) Payment Method: The 25% processing and restocking fee will be issued in the form of a non-cash credit, such as a gift card, coupon, or account credit, and is non-exchangeable for cash. This credit shall expire one calendar year from the date of issuance.

3) Return Procedure: To facilitate this process, the NFA item in question must be returned to Whisperteck by the designated dealer, or the dealer may opt to purchase the suppressor for their own sales at standard dealer pricing.

REFUND ISSUANCE

Refund Upon Receipt or Transfer Settlement: Please be advised that refunds will not be issued until the NFA product is physically received by Whisperteck or the designated dealer has concluded the transfer status with the appropriate authorities.

This policy is devised to safeguard the interests of Whisperteck while maintaining transparency and fairness in the context of NFA purchases, cancellations, and refunds. By engaging in NFA transactions with Whisperteck, customers acknowledge and accept these stipulations.

Our online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer's credit card or we will refund the money.

If an item's description contains an error such as incorrect photo, price, accessory or description and a customer makes the order, we will not process the order without first contacting the customer. If the order is mistakenly shipped, we may advise the customer to return the item in an unopened condition and we will refund the customer. AMMUNITION PURCHASES

You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations.
